Introvert to Adventurer... Hariharan's Journey with FSOH

Hariharan, a guy from Chennai, first approached FSOH in the year 2015 for trekking at nagalapuram.

As an introvert, he initially had reservations about traveling with a community. However, what awaited him was an experience that would reshape his perspective on both fitness and social interaction.
He then gained an enriching after the retreat as it became a sanctuary for personal growth. Surrounded by like-minded individuals, he found a supportive environment that encouraged him to step out of his comfort zone.
